WOYWW 459

Morning lovely WOYWW friends. I hope I find you well this Wednesday morning. At least the sun is shining and the snow has gone again here.

Here's my desk as of yesterday.

It's been a bit chilly in my craft room so I'm back on the dining table in the warm and doing some scrapbooking. I took this photo of my DD during the first cold spell when she helped me walk through the snow to do my Mum's shopping and I liked it so much it just needed to be scrapped. I'm just procrastinating on what to put as a title. Always the bit I struggle with as it needs to be right.

Here's the finished page so you can see what I settled on!!

Well, that's about it for this week. I just thought I'd leave you with another picture of the snow, this time from last Sunday when we braved the cold to go for a walk and take some photos.

Let's hope that's the last of it for this winter. I'm desperate for some warm spring weather now!

If you want to share your desk with us this week, then pop over to see Julia and join up with WOYWW.

Right, I'm off to make a cuppa and then I'll be round to see what you've all been up to.

Have a great Wednesday and Happy Crafting!

Me too Lisa, happy to report that rural Wiltshire is sunny this morning, although the wind is a bit of a biter! Lovely lovely LO, perfect for the steely cold and that beautiful smiley face under the scarf. Just lovely. I love it when a photo is so inspirational you have to do it practically straight away!

I think you got the title spot on because I laughed as soon as I read it, cos it was so appropriate! I love that LO so much, the colours are fantastic for picking up the tones in the photograph. You've such a great grasp of colour, the soft greys really add to the overall scheme. The photo of DD is fun, made me smile. I hope that you don't have anymore of the white stuff now...

Hi Lisa, great photos, but I'd like to see the end of the snow and biting cold winds too. Love the scrapbook layout and the tag line is perfect! Have a good week. Sarah #12

I really love your LO Lisa. Such pretty colours and a fab photo. I love seeing the snowy pics but I’m so thrilled to see the snow gone for now...I think it may appear again before long but Spring is on its way. I spotted some of our pussy willow buds coming out this morning 😀
Have a great week.
Hugs,
Annie x

Hi Lisa, lovely layout and I think your title is spot on. It's a fabulous photo too. The weather is being a pain ... it's way past time we got some real spring weather. Though I do admit the snow looks so pretty in your photo. Thanks for popping by and leaving a comment. Have a great week. Elizabeth x #28

I love that photo of your daughter. Competition worthy. You've had more snow than I have here in south-central MO. But then I look at the folks on the east coast of the US that got another 12" yesterday.. their fourth round in 2 weeks!! Needless to say they are a bit tired of it. Then there's the pictures Margaret has (#4) of snow on the beach of all places! Spring will be here soon. My daffodils and Hyacinth say so. ;-) Creative Blessings! Kelly #25

Hi Lisa, what a fun shot of your dd. :) I love the colors and layers you have for this layout. ( and I will confess that titles for pages is my biggest hang up about scrapping so, it looks fine without one to me) :) ~Stacy #31

I love that layout, Lisa!! Lol lol! Such a fun photo. Also, the Dales in the snow pic is absolutely gorgeous... I love the Dales and my best friend from school used to live in Richmond and we had some fabulous holidays with her. A gorgeous part of the world. Thank you for your lovely comment and good wishes for my operation next week. I find it hard to believe that balmy mild Torquay could have more snow than Yorkshire lol!

Happy belated WOYWW,
