WOYWW 135-A mess....Nothing New ThereThen!!

The first WOYWW of 2012 and a very Happy New Year to you all. I'm sorry I was missing in action last week, I completely forgot it was Wednesday until someone mentioned it about 10pm and by then it was far too late to post my desk, not that there was anything on it other than a pile of ironing that didn't get done before Christmas and you wouldn't have been interested in that I know!!

Normal service has been resumed this week though and here is my desk as of 9.30am this morning.

I'm in full card making mode to restock my supplies before other things crop up and my beloved Cuttlebug is getting a good work out. I've been looking out at driving rain all day so it's been prefect to be cocooned with the radio on.

If you haven't yet got yourself involved with the weekly ritual that has become What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday then pop over to see our esteemed Head Deskmistress, Julia, HERE and get desk hopping.

Short and sweet from me today. I need to get round and catch up with you all. It seems ages since I've had a chance to blog hop.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you are all staying safe in this wild weather.

A convertible, lol!! Well, I'll give it a go. 'Just Do It' is my motto for 2012 :) You may have to wait a while though!! The boys want a Bugatti Veyron......
When the weather is battling outside, what better way is there to spend a few hours than crafting?
Wishing you a very happy and healthy 2012!
Hugs, LLJ #34 xx

Hi Lisa, No, the ironing, yours or mine, is not a welcome sight at all, but the Cuttlebug most certainly is. Isn't the weather just abysmal - I've been looking out on stormy, rainy weather all day too. Makes you glad to be holed up in a cosy workroom though. All the best, Elizabeth x #60

I prefer to call my mess of a workspace...creative chaos!! lol. I can't wait to see what you've been creating, I'm sure it will be fab, as always!!

Hope you're staying safe in this awful weather.

Happy New Year, my lovely friend and hoping that one day, we can meet up and share our creativity together!!

Your desk looks productive Lisa - I get shaky when I see one with nothing on it but tidyness!

Happy New Year to you and yours Lisa. Nice to see you back and yes, isn't the weather awful. I have even been thinking of bringing the chooks in!! Poor things! LOL!!
I would never have thought of felt but I was looking for another piece of funky foam and attached to the packet was a packet of felt - so an idea was born!
Thanks for your visit. There will be biscuits next week!!

Tee hee Lisa .. .. it's not big a mess .. .. I have made much worse!!

Hope you are managing to get those stocks topped up.

If yours are anything like mine the general ones all but disappeared whilst concentrating on the Christmas ones.

Why can't we have more hours in the day? LOL!!!

I hope you have a brilliant 2012 Lisa and thank you for your lovely comments on my blog.

Love Jules xx

Hello your desk looks very creative. There was abig pile of ironing blocking the way to my desk all over christmas. My mum stayed for a while had to hide it. She would have started doing it!!!
A very Happy and Crwative New Year to you. Annex

I keep on forgetting what day it is this week too Lisa, so you’re not along. I’ll be glad when tomorrow comes and we actually start the week on Monday!

You look like you’ve started the year in a crafting frenzy. Each year I say I’m going to get ahead of myself and have loads of cards made ready for when they are needed but it never happens. I think it’s because the first thing I have to do in January is my tax return……which I always leave till the last minute too.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and ……..
Happy Crafting!
