WOYWW 298

Morning dear WOYWW friends. Goodness, two weeks have flown by since I last visited, where does the time go? We are on half term this week so hopefully I will have lots of time to browse amongst all your desks!!

We had a crafty day yesterday with my friend Sue and her daughter. We decorated some MDF hearts and although I forgot to take some photos of the table with everyone in full flow, this was later in the day when we'd tidied up a bit and my DD was finishing hers off.

Here it is finished hanging on the mirror in her bedroom.

Lastly, just to give you a smile, I am in the middle of some more DT work for Sheena using her lovely dies and stamps and being new to die crafting I have discovered that it's a brilliant way to use up all those scraps of card I insist on keeping....trouble is I now keep every single bit no matter how small as I know I can use it, bit of a catch 22 but it's very satisfying to know that I'm not wasting ANYTHING!!!!!!

Well, that's me today. I'm off to get a fresh cuppa and then I'll be round to see what you've all be up to. If you want to join in this weekly desk hop, then pop over to see the lovely Julia, HERE.

Have a great Wednesday and Happy Crafting.

Beautiful heart tag with the Gorjuss girl on the swing I have that stamp too and love it. I like to save all scraps and use them when ever I can, I don't like waste either. I hope you have a wonderful week crafting and thank you for sharing.

Happy WOYWW

It's good to have the scraps for the little bits and pieces we want to cut you but you have to be careful that scraps don't take over your life! (and your workspace). That finished heart is just adorable!

It's great to have someone to craft with and the heart looks gorgeous. Die cutting is a good way to use up bits of waste card you are quite right and much better than cutting into a full sheet too.
Have a great week and happy crafting, Angela x 34

Your DD did a wonderful job with the heart, she is obviously following in your footsteps:) Isn't it wonderful to be able to use up all those scraps. I literally set up my cuttlebug for the day and just die cut all the scraps so that I have a stash. Clear marked in a divided box. So pleased you liked the summer sunshine. Have a lovely week.
