WOYWW 229

Morning WOYWW friends. Another Wednesday whizzes round which means it must be time for some desk snooping, yeah!!!! I'm still battling internet problems but managed to hijack Hubby's laptop last week to do my desk visits. Don't know what's up with my 'puter but it can pack it in!!! They are so annoying when they play up aren't they?

Anyway, on to my desk this week. I cheated and took the photo yesterday afternoon when it wasn't pitch black.

At last I've managed to finish off the big cog I started weeks ago, it only needed bits sticking down but I kept adding a bit more so it was one of those never ending projects.

I have the obligatory cup of tea of course and the usual crafting paraphernalia, nothing very exciting.

Short and sweet from me this week but I'll share the finished cog with you before I go.

If you want to share your desk with lots of lovely people from all over the world then pop over to see our Desk Headmistress, Julia, HERE.

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Crafting.

It's lovely Lisa..I don't know which bit I like more, the colour, the text, the flowers or the character...so it combines into one fab piece for me. And your desk looks very controlled too. Am in sympathy over the computer..until they don't work, you don't realise how much you use it, huh!

Lisa,
Thanks for visiting,I have to get the Christmas cards going because I have to do a lot and I also have 20 birthdays to do cards for between now and Christmas.
That cog you have done is absolutely beautiful, I just love the flowers, they look so delicate and realistic. And that sentiment, a stamp I assume, is so encouraging.Bless you,

Hi Lisa. What a beautiful cog and one my favourite colours as well.

The wind has been really strong this past week so I cleared my apples and pears and thank goodness I did too, don't think there would have been any left on the trees by now!

Hope you are well, Jill x

That is simply gorgeous, Lisa! Love the colours and the 3-D effect. Beautiful.

Thanks for your lovely comment - it will be a while before we are straight in our new home and in my ARTHaven (the bit I photographed looks pretty organised but the rest isn't - yet!). Our part of the move went very smoothly but it's been a job getting Mum settled, although things are a bit easier now. What I really need now is a good long rest!!!

Happy belated WOYWW,
