WOYWW 423

Morning lovely WOYWW friends. I hope I find you well this sunny morning here in Yorkshire.
Sorry I haven't been around for the last couple of weeks, we had a Ofsted Inspection at school which meant long days and then Blogger decided to fall out with me and I couldn't do anything on it. All sorted now, thanks to me lovely Hubby.

Here's my desk this morning.

As you can see there's no crafting happening as other exciting things are afoot. Holidays are imminent so my room gets used as a collecting ground as people start putting out their bits and pieces ready for packing.

I did do a bit of crafting at the weekend. Here's the WIP. I'm making some Powertex poppy seed heads for the garden. They are now waiting to be painted which is when they should come to life.

DD had her Prom a couple of weeks ago so I spent a whole day shortening her dress, my new sewing machine certainly got a good work out, but she looked beautiful so it was all worthwhile. Where have the last 16 years gone?

If you want to share your desk with us then pop over to see Julia at WOYWW headquarters.

Well, that's me this week and for a couple of weeks, but I will be round to see what you've all  been up to after getting a fresh cuppa so have a great Wednesday and Happy Crafting!!.

Gosh, you're well organized to be packing for hols already. We usually do it the night before - and sometimes not until the morning LOL. My hubby has been known to go on overnight trips with a toothbrush and and extra pair of underpants! LOVE that poppy seed head - it will look amazing once you've painted it! That is a gorgeous dress and your daughter looks so lovely wearing it! Happy WOYWW! zsuzsa 17
